What is included: - 3.5 hours minibus tour (11 seats) exclusively for your group with fully qualified driver - Airconditioned and comfortable, modern minibus - Bottled water at pick-up Add a Snack Pack from $20. Sweet and savoury options available. Choose your own start time, pick-up and drop-off location/s and sights to see. Passengers must be 4 years old (minimum) due to child restraint laws in South Australia. Please notify us in the Special Requirements section if children are aged 4-7 as we will provide booster seats.
Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing you with an exceptional experience. Please review the following terms and conditions for our tours: Cancellation and Refund Policy - You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you provide at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled tour departure. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund. Minimum Age - Passengers must be 4 years old due to child restraint laws in South Australia. Please notify us in the Special Requirements section if children are aged 4-7 as we can provide booster seats. Minimum Passenger Requirement - There is no minimum passenger requirement for personalised tours. The tour price includes up to the 11 seats available in the van. Weather-Related Cancellations - In the event of extreme weather, you will be contacted to discuss alternative arrangements or a refund. - Tours will still run on rainy days, so please ensure you are dressed appropriately for the weather conditions. We recommend wearing comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing to ensure a pleasant experience. Maximum Capacity The maximum number of passengers on any tour 11. Behaviour Expectations We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful, considerate, and cooperative manner throughout the tour. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to verbal abuse, aggression, excessive intoxication, or harassment of other guests or tour staff, will not be tolerated. If any guest’s behaviour is deemed unacceptable by our tour guides or staff, they will be asked to leave the tour immediately.
