Welcome to Discover Adelaide. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and participation in any tours, bookings, or activities we offer. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


Please read these Terms carefully before booking a tour or using our services.


Booking and Payment

  • Booking: To book a tour with us, you must complete our online booking form and provide all required information. Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment: Payments can be made using the payment methods provided on our website. All bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

  • Prices: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.


Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of your cancellation:

    • 48 hours or more before the tour date: Full refund.

    • Less than 48 hours before the tour date: No refund.

  • Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund or an alternative tour of similar value, depending on your preference.

  • No Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled tour, no refund will be provided.

  • Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your tour, please contact us at least 48 hours before your original tour date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.


Participant Responsibilities

  • Health and Fitness: You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the tour activities. Some tours may require participants to be in good health. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please inform us prior to booking.

  • Behaviour: You are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward our staff, other participants, and the environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the tour without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

  • Age Restrictions: Some tours may have age restrictions. It is your responsibility to check these restrictions before booking. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.


Tour Itinerary

  • Itinerary Changes: We strive to provide the itinerary as outlined in our promotional materials. However, we reserve the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes.

  • Tour Availability: Our tours are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to availability issues, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.


Liability and Indemnity

  • Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Discover Adelaide is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred as a result of your participation in a tour, including but not limited to accidents, delays, or cancellations.

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Discover Adelaide harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in our tours or your breach of these Terms.


Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel insurance that covers personal injury, cancellation, lost baggage, and any other risks associated with participating in our tours. We do not provide insurance for tour participants.


Personal Information

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.


Force Majeure

Discover Adelaide will not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, and other force majeure events.


Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Discover Adelaide or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our prior written permission.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia, Australia.
 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.
