Refund Policy

At Discover Adelaide, we strive to provide exceptional tour experiences. In the event that you need to cancel your booking, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Full Refunds (24 Hours’ Notice)
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the tour, you are eligible for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, cancellation requests must be made via email or phone and received no later than 24 hours before the tour start time.
2. No Refunds (Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice)
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled tour start time, no refund will be provided. We recommend that you carefully review your plans before confirming your booking.
3. Process for Cancellations and Refunds

To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@discoverad.com.au or 0411 230 491. Include your booking reference number and the reason for the cancellation.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method used for the booking.
4. Exceptions
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), we may consider offering flexibility on our refund policy. Please contact us directly if you believe your situation warrants an exception.
5. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for the scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
We highly recommend that you carefully consider your travel plans before booking and ensure you are able to attend the tour.
